    • Recruitment functions as an individual contributor for high volume and leadership roles

    • Developing and scaling high-volume recruitment processes for multi-unit organizations

    • Creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs that ensure compliance and consistency

    • Designing HR KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards to track and improve results

    • Managing teams of individual contributors and people leaders across Talent and HR functions

    • Advising and coaching leaders on hiring strategy, employee relations, and change management
