My Background

My academic background is in human factors, the science of how humans, systems, and environments interact. I have spent 20 years applying that lens inside some of the most operationally complex industries: research, nonprofits, gaming, retail, restaurants, fitness, and warehouse distribution. I know what it looks like when people and systems are not aligned, because I have spent my career fixing it.

I have sat inside fast growing organizations with systems that were not keeping up. I know what that looks like from the inside and I know what actually fixes it.

My work is a mix of organizational effectiveness, change management, people operations, and leadership development. I use tools like Hogan Assessments to understand how leaders think, react under pressure, and show up when it matters. I bring project management discipline to make sure changes actually land. And I build leadership alignment so organizations stop pulling in different directions.

In 2026, I was named HR Executive of the Year by the Stevie Awards and invited to join Influential Women.

What Drives the Work

People want to do meaningful work. They want to be successful. They want their managers to notice their effort, learn new things, have clear expectations and some decision authority, and work in an environment that does not drain them. That is not a long list.

These are the things people are excited about when they start a job and what they are disappointed by when they leave.

On the same line, owners and leaders want their companies to be successful, provide positive work environments for their employees and and drive meaning in their communities.

This question continues to drive everything: if experts have been naming these problems for decades, why are organizations still struggling with the same things?

Are you scaling but feel like you’re not getting there?
